Been with them for years and years and never missed a payment. Seems like they are doing this to a lot of people. Got accepted for car finance but this would have saved me thousands but they don’t care. We are all a number and loyalty is nothing. I’m closing my account after last payment next week and I urge everyone to do the same because it doesn’t matter if you pay on time they look at your history and not your future. They will come back and say we can’t help everyone and don’t believe that we don’t just look at your credit rating because that’s crap. I’m gone and good riddance
I have been with Transave for over 10 years. Never had a problem with getting a top up loan until now. They just decline me on affordability checks even though I pay them throughy wage and have never missed a payment. Can't wait until I can close my account after I have cleared funds owed
I saved with 2 Shires credit union. Wasn't able to during Covid and forgot all about my account until more recently. Discovered that they changed to Transave. When I contacted them they had taken £90 from my savings. Would not recommend them to anyone.
So I've probably been with transave for the last got to be 13 years they have been absolutely fantastic especially this week thank u "sue" Here is to another 13 years

Puts banks to shame, pays a great dividend too. Easy loan applications, fairly quick to deliver (usually within 10 working days). I really can't fault them
