   After falling into a deep hole with my finances, I reached out to Payplan for help and I can’t honestly express how thankful I am I spoke with Aimee I want to take the time to thank her for all her help! After spending way over 2 hours on the phone with her crying and just generally having the most lovely chat with her with no judgement at all. She managed to calm my nerves and sort out the best solution for me! Aimee is a credit to your company and she deserves recognition I would also like to thank the DMP team also for helping me sort everything out no judgement from them either and they are always happy to take the time and talk to me through all the step's and reassuring me Thank you all so so much

   Friendly advisor. I felt comfortable talking through my concerns and problems. All options of help were explained to me clearly and I was given opportunity to ask questions. I had a plan for debt solution by the time the call ended and I have an appointment with an adviser next week. I feel so much happier now I have spoken to someone and don't feel I need to struggle with my finances anymore

   Completed an IVA just recently and was run and managed OK. But after care a joke..no real help with creditors. Had a query re disbursements and not heard back? Advice re credit file clean up was REALLY poor. Do you know Payplan have taken £4500 in 'fees' over 50% out of what I have paid over the term. They instructed me to do a PPI claim and got nearly £1000 which had to go to the creditors..fine but Just how much of it did the creditors get? Very little I suspect. The post 'support' call from Atiya was Just to sell and promote add on financial services like mortgages..really??! How are you expected to get a mortgage with no deposit?! Which is highly unlikely after coming out of an IVA

   I spent 5yrs in an IVA with this company. I completed my reviews and other than a 6 month payment break I followed all their schedule. I was 2 weeks from discharge when they cancelled my iva saying I had breached my contract. I later found out they had retained most the money for their fees.

   I should have read the reviews first! I am fully aware that I'm eligible for a debt relief order and simply needed a company to process it. They tried to convince me into a payment plan, which obviously benefits them and not me. Told me that certain outgoings didn't qualify yet these same outgoings qualify according to other companies. Don't waste your time, clearly want to make money rather than go through the cheaper option. Cue the generic 'We're sorry about your experience' reply.

   We have been with Payplan for the past three years and they have been very, very helpful, polite and understanding. We have never had any problems when dealing with the company as all their staff are very knowledgeable and nothing has been too much for them to help with. I would recommend them.
