   Starting boxing at 42 having never thrown a punch in my life I was a little apprehensive to give it a go. Boxing gyms (and boxing in general) can be quite an intimidating environment but these guys (Steve the owner, coach Ant and all the people in the class) make you feel very welcome and cater top to bottom in terms of skill level. It's very well organized, safe and above all everyone wants you to get better and will help you to do so

   A Really Down to earth Gym, at reasonable competitive prices with all the equipment you could possibly want. And a separate side of the gym with a Boxing Ring and small cage fighting Ring and punching bags, combined with all the apparatus you would need for any martial arts training!! And the gym also runs frequent classes in such things. Or if you preferred there's very professional personal trainers there also. Who do run one on one personal Boxing lessons if required. So obviously I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Gym and cannot fault any of my ongoing frequent visits there!!
