   We honestly can’t thank Stephen at McKenzie Financial Services enough! From day one, he spent so much time getting to know us and our situation, asking all the right questions and making sure everything was tailored to us. He’s so personable, always easy to get hold of, and just made the whole process feel a lot less scary as first-time buyers. When our first sale sadly fell through, Stephen was such a huge support and worked so hard to still get us an amazing deal for our second purchase, honestly one we never thought we’d be able to get! No question was ever too small, and he explained everything so clearly. We want to say a huge thank you as well to Sharon, Angela and Chantelle, who were absolutely lovely and really responsive, they made such a difference and made sure everything ran smoothly. Out of everyone we dealt with during the buying process, the McKenzie Finance team were hands down the best! They genuinely care about their clients.    They helped me arrange mortgage and I was very happy with the responses and service. So also decided to arrange life insurance and critical illness, this is were things went wrong. After a initial meeting providing all the details and provisional quotes. After this they simply stop responding to any communication after many attempts in had to start the process with another company. I found this very unprofessional and simply rude. Given this I would not recommend.

Daniel has always ensured I had the correct information to hand and the transition was very smooth by himself and his team, he was happy to answer any queries I had. He was always polite, punctual, and contactable. He is very knowledgeable which gives me great confidence. I am very happy to recommend this company and Daniel and have already done so to family and friends. I will definitely use them again when my mortgage is due to renew. A first class service in my opinion.
