    I booked the work with Dan on the 3rd of September 2022 for works to be complete on Monday 17th October. October I confirmed the booking with him, then the night before the jobs were meant to be complete I messaged him to confirm, no response. Then on the actual day he informed me he would be at the home address around 12 noon. He did not show up and I haven't heard anything from him since. This is extremely unfortunate as I booked time off work and travelled to Birmingham for him to complete the jobs. I've lost out on 3 days pay and the jobs have not been complete. Extremely unprofessional.

    Daniel and Matthew were brilliant. I was in need of an urgent appointment to assemble a large piece of furniture, a Pax wardrobe. Daniel and Matthew were sympathetic to my plight; I called early morning to assess their availability and they came right over in the afternoon to give me a quote to then find, to my surprise, that they were able to squeeze the job in between other customers' commitments! In less than 2 hours, no less. I was really chuffed with the finished product, they did a cracking job. In my circumstance, they went the extra mile. And for a very reasonable fee. I would definitely recommend First Maintenance services and I will be using them again.

    Very unprofessional service. Daniel visited our property, gave the quote, booked-in a date to do the work but didn't turn up on the day. Reminded him the day before and confirmed he would turn up for the proposed work and then no response !!! Tried to contact him via phone, text and e-mail on the day - absolutely no response till date. We had to cancel our work and other appointments to accommodate the proposed work - absolute waste of our resources.
