   I've had such a long hiatus from pole (many many years!) and I'm so glad I decided to try the pole loft to start it back up again. So far I've been on the beginner classes and Anna & Ami have helped me fall back in love with it all over again. I can't recommend the studio and instructors enough, they're so welcoming, lovely, knowledgeable and super importantly they're all about being safe. Such a welcoming bunch and great vibes all around. I'd recommend it to anyone whether trying it for the first time or someone with experience looking for a studio to train at regulary.

   The Pole Loft is such an amazing studio. Alena goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome and supported. The classes are so good. There is a huge variety of class types that allow you to explore different aspect of Pole. It has such a lovely place filled with so many wonderful people. So if you’re looking to meet new people and want to try something new, or if you are looking for a new studio, I honestly could not recommend enough.

   The vibes in Pole Loft are like nowhere else! The studio is beautiful, Alena makes such an effort to ensure it’s clean, pretty and welcoming. There is a class for every level and style of poler, even if you’re a complete beginner you’ll settle in straight away, make friends and build your confidence! Coming here is the best part of my week. the instructors are all amazing and have the experience to ensure you progress and are safe and well looked after.

   My favourite place! Everyone at the Pole Loft is so welcoming and friendly it’s impossible not to feel at home from the moment you walk in! Alena, Nadia and Gemma all make you feel included no matter your level and provide variations if you struggle with any of the moves. Everyone here is a cheerleader for each other and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’ve ever had a thought to do pole, here’s your sign to be brave and join a class - you won’t regret it!

Both beautiful ladies know how to make others feel empowered and sexy and that’s before they show you how to work the pole. The classes are fun and make you walk away feeling amazing. Everyone brings great energy to the classes which really gives you the encouragement. If you think I can do that or I can’t wear that trust me you can. The beginners course is perfect for an introduction but I guarantee you will go back for more.

   I started learning pole fitness about 9 years ago. I've taken time out to have 2 children and swopped between 4 dance studios to get my fitness levels back. Alena at the Pole Loft is by far the best instructor I've ever had. Alena isn't just your instructor, she is your mentor, your friend, your therapist, she knows how far to push you to reach your own personal goals. Alena has created a studio that has such a warm welcoming atmosphere and all the ladies that train here are your friend from the minute you walk through the door, we all support and encourage each other and I personally have met some of my best friends here. The Pole Loft is my happy place
