    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They replied to the initial email quickly asking for more info, after sending the requested info they just never replied despite chasing it several times and even opening a new support case. 12 days and 2 support cases later, still awaiting a reply. If you want a company that will offer support, avoid VWFS like the plague.

    Called VWFS 20/11/2025 to continue my payment plan to pay back the money they say I owe them for excess mileage and other issues on a previous vehicle. Having done an affordability check over the phone the VWFS agent said that I did’nt have sufficient disposal income to continue my payment plan and as such they would have to refer my case to a debt collection company. I insisted that I could continue with the £25. Per month payment which is completely manageable. However the agent refused. Now I have to wait for a debt recovery firm to contact me which may have an adverse affect on my credit rating.

    Disappointed with the (lack of) communication from VWFS. Despite their stated SLA response time of 48 hours, I have sent six emails over the past three weeks without a single reply or acknowledgement. This level of service falls well short of expectations for an organisation of this size and shows a distinct lack of professionalism. If anyone can be bothered to read this and try to resolve my complaint the agreement number it relates to is 0000440157430565, however, I won't be holding my breath.

    I recently took out a finance agreement with VWFS, and I’ve had a very disappointing experience. I provided the correct bank account details for my payments, but your system failed to collect the first instalment. For almost two months, I did not receive any letters, emails, or phone calls informing me of this issue. When I contacted you at the time of my second payment to ask why the first payment had not been taken, I was told by Volkswagen Financial Services that there was an “issue with the account” and that a letter had been sent to me — which I never received. I was also informed that you have no direct email address or contact number for resolving such matters, which made it even more difficult to get help. Despite explaining that this issue was caused by your own error, a negative mark has now been placed on my account. This is extremely unfair and has damaged my credit record. I am very disappointed with the service I’ve received and will not be using VWFS Finance again in the future. Please investigate this matter urgently and confirm what action you will take to remove the negative rating from my account.

    Overcharged for PCP, by selling by a high interest deal and didn't make me aware I could shop around for a lower rate. On becoming aware of this both I contacted both the dealer and VW Audi FS to obtain by documents, as some time bad passed. Both asked me to try the other to obtain the documents, which they cannot supply , or will not supply so I am unable to obtain any compensation .

    Service Pan with them for 2 years. Once account fully settled and obtained receipt I receive a letter from recovery dept for non payment. Terrible Customer Service. AVOID Come on VW FS (other reviewers saying the same). This needs to stop,

    AVOID VOLKSWAGEN AND PORSCHE FINANCIAL SERVICES AT ALL COSTS - THEY RENEGE ON SIGNED FINANCE AGREEMENTS - DESERVE A 0 STAR RATING Never trust Volkswagen and Porsche Financial Services - they renege on signed agreements Avoid Volkswagen Financial Services trading as Porsche Financial Services at all costs! Unlike other reputable FS providers, Volkswagen Financial Services has reneged on all of its car finance contracts after delays by Porsche pushed deliveries into 2023. It's completely outrageous and demonstrates Volkswagen has total disregard for clients and no integrity whatsoever. Having purchased a new car at West London Porsche, after several delays in my delivery date and after assuring me that the APR agreed in March was locked despite rate increases, I have just been told Volkswagen will not honour the rate beyond December. I am being penalised with a rate change because the car that should have been delivered in October has been delayed to February - adding insult to injury. Volkswagen has increased the rate by more the 4% points. An action I would expect from a shady local finance provider not a global finance business.

    Was told after I received a call back (as requested), that I can arrange collection of my car and that I can pay an early termination fee and that the final direct debit would be cancelled… gave me the number for the company to arrange this. Absolute rubbish. No payment taken, he had no clue what I was on about. They are the most unhelpful company and have had to call them three times in the last 4 weeks. Thank goodness my Skoda is going!

    Amazingly inept. Check the forums. They were unable to implement a direct debit instruction in more than a month, then when I asked them why lied and claimed it was because my bank cancelled the DD; the DD was set up that day. Even the dealers roll their eyes at VWFS and recommend third party providers. Don’t be surprised when something goes wrong.
