Came back off holiday to a broken boiler and a 6 degree house. Thankfully managed to sort it over the phone with some pictures. Excellent service and will be my new go to boiler guy!

The boiler in my tenants house decided to malfunction just as the cold weather set in. Kyle visited the property, diagnosed fault and made recommendations. On Wednesday, I called Kyle to advise that I would go ahead with purchase of a new boiler. Kyle confirmed price and his team fitted new boiler on Thursday. Tenant is happy as she now has heating and hot water. Kyle kept me informed of work schedules, timings etc and once the job had been completed. I checked with tenant and she said they were professional and tided up after themselves. Would highly recommend Kyle for works, saved his number for future reference.
Kyle serviced our gas fire at short notice. He was punctual, polite, friendly and informative. We will be using MMS again and have no hesitation in recommending Kyle's work.
Had a problem with my Boiler. Booked in with Kyle over the phone. Came on time and sorted the issues. Very competent with the Boiler and full system (even though he had not worked on this model previously). Great value for money in my opinion. He also made a follow up call the next day to check that the previous issue was still all OK.
We had Kyle out this week for our boiler service. He arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He advised us as to where we should have our Carbon Monoxide detector located as we didn't have it in the correct place if we were to have a leak. I had a problem with my boiler and contacted Kyle at 08:00am. Within a few hours he had attended the property and diagnosed the fault. Talked me through the the cost of the repair, I asked about replacement boilers and cost and whether the repair would be worth it for the age/condition of boiler. I really appreciated Kyle's friendly and honest advice. I went down the repair route in the end, once the part had arrived Kyle was back out to fit it quickly, the work was clean and tidy, talked me through the fault in layman's terms, why it had occurred and answered my questions about what I can do to help prevent again in the future. Really happy with Kyles service and will certainly be using him again in the future.
Booked Kyle to do our first boiler service a couple of days ago. Can say he was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing and why.
