Excellent service by Dan from the Birmingham branch. Wasn't an easy job but he was patient and professional and pleased with the outcome. My new screen was on back order and the communication from Dale was top notch.

I had Dan Pearce visit me today to carry out a windscreen repair for my vehicle. The job was carried out efficiently and the end result was as expected. Dan was very personable, and made me feel like I was in good hands! I'd definitely recommend the company and Dan especially for the great level professionalism and service offered which can be hard to find these days!
I don't leave reviews very often but had to on this occasion. Dan and the team provided exceptional customer service which went above and beyond what was required. It's not something that people look forward to that much, having to travel to have a windscreen replaced and then sit around waiting for the job to be done. Good communication in advance of appointment. Fitter Dan was really pleasant. He's done a complete screen replacement and a couple of chips on another vehicle for me now. Top bloke
I was booked into Allscreens Nationwide Birmingham for a windscreen replacement which Dan carried out for me and did a very professional and tidy job. They offered me their waiting room office with a desk and tea/coffee and gave me the wifi password so that I could work from there whilst waiting for the job to be completed. Dan checked in on me several times to make sure everything was fine and kept me posted on how the job was going. Would highly recommend.

I needed the windscreen fixing quickly before the lease car return date. The chip was too big to fix but the team pulled the stops out and got the windscreen replaced very quickly same day. Excellent service and friendly team!
