Rang to see if they could help with my reptile however they advised they do not have certificates to look after exotic pets. They were super helpful in giving me general advice on where to look for assistance with my bearded dragon. Thank you so much to Caitlin Who was super helpful.

I am really upset that when I went to pick up my cat’s worm & flea treatment it wasn’t explained to me why there was a change in her medication. Apparently, Bravecto flea & worming treatment carries the following guidance: The FDA has stated that neurologic adverse events, such as tremors, loss of coordination (ataxia), and seizures are possible with this medication. This Bravecto for cats warning applies not only to cats but also extends to dogs treated with flea and tick medications like Bravecto. When I rang the surgery earlier today to ask why the Bravecto medication has been changed from a β€˜spot-on’ to a now chewable tablet called Credelio (to be administered 1 per month), in conjunction with milprazon (1 per 3 months) there wasn’t any clear transparency as to the change in medication. I certainly wasn’t advised of the possible risk factors involved in administering Bravecto to my cat. I was told the change was for β€˜environmental’ reasons! I just wish there had been a level of transparency & I would actually, have supported the change in medication. Crucially though, when I picked up the medication there was no explanation on administering it & potentially? I could have given the tablets to be taken monthly (I was given 3) in one dose! I really hope the team take my comments on board as all I want? Is for my 12 year old feline to remain flea & worm free & healthy.

Fantastic team, really amazing customer service and extremely accommodating. The care my cat’s received is excellent, and the nurses and vets are so patient and lovely. The team go above and beyond to keep you informed, and are so helpful in getting quick appointments in when needed.

We'd like to offer our sincere gratitude to Vets4Pets and in particular Becky, for the professional and sympathetic way she handled our lovely dog Lulu who had to be put to sleep. We cannot thank her enough for the compassion she showed to both Lulu and ourselves at a very difficult time. Thank you.

Recommended by relative. Firstly, good parking. Excellent service received by everyone concerned. All staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Given another appointment for completion of medication and thereafter I am pleased to have found a vet for future needs. Thank you Vets4Pets.

Went here a week ago to get my rabbit neutered, the receptionist and vet were both very welcoming and took good care of my rabbit. Upon collection they gave me lots of information about aftercare and encouraged me to call back asap if I had any concerns or worries. (my rabbit recovered very quickly and did not need to call back.) very satisfied with the care received.

So the Vets themselves are lovely and polite HOWEVER I have a 10 week old puppy who got her first jab on 7/6/20 when she was exactly 8 weeks old. The vet failed to give me any choice in the vaccine, didn't even tell me her weight and because I didn't get a choice she has to wait until she's 12 weeks old to get her second vaccine. So by the time I can take her for walks she will be 13 weeks old. This is awful, and if you are a dog owner you will know that 8-12 weeks is the MOST important time in a puppies life as this is the time they develop fears etc. However, due to the vet giving her a vaccine that takes a MONTH she is going to miss out on WEEKS of socialization which is likely to affect her in the long run. And to top all of this off, I had a voucher for Β£50 off the first year of complete care, which means I should have only had to pay Β£35. I was asked if I would like to pay the full amount there and then, to which I said YES! However they completely ignored that and got me on a direct debit which is going to amount to Β£120, which is absolutely appalling and I feel completely ripped off.
