   Ben is extremely reliable, professional, and friendly. He is one of the few tradespeople that I feel I can trust. I first contacted him a few years ago when my heating stopped working. He managed to come over to take a look during my lunch hour and fixed the issue for me. He now does my boiler service annually. Everything is left clean and tidy, and he even wears shoe covers so there is no mess left behind to clear up. I highly recommend this company.

   We highly recommended Ben. He's done lots of work for us over the last 4 years including installing and servicing our current boiler. He recently moved the boiler into our extension as well as installing new heating and hot water pipework along with installing, moving and removing radiators. Bens communication is excellent, he's friendly, tidy and professional and extremely prompt. The quality of his work is excellent.

   Ben turned up for the annual service and a radiator install on time as booked a few weeks previously. He put on over shoes in carpeted areas and carried out all the work in an efficient and timely manner. After the service and completing my necessary paperwork, he also checked that all rads were working correctly. He removed all rubbish and left the job as he had never been there. Highly recommended.

   Finding reliable, honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable tradesmen is almost impossible but Ben is all of these and more. Ben was already servicing my boiler and when he discovered problems he could have just charged us a lot of money to repair but instead he gave us all the options and we decided to have a new boiler. The price was very reasonable, the waiting time was minimal and we were kept informed throughout. Ben swapped our boiler including a new flue in less than a day and left us with a far superior product expertly and neatly installed. He cleaned everything up and took all the rubbish with him. You will be hard pressed to find a better engineer. Highly recommended.
