Took car in. Was given a hire car whilst mine was being repaired. Called when car was almost ready so I could set off and get there. Just finished as I'd arrived. Great job. More than happy with the service received and the chap working there was excellent.
After taking my Honda Civic in on 28 June 2021 paint work has about 20+ fisheyes in area painted after taking my car back the guy called his manager and I’m still waiting for contact back two weeks later. Do not use no customer service at all
Exceptional service from start to finish. Technician Carl (Chorley branch) came to view damage and even spotted extra detail damage that I had missed. On the day of the repair, the courtesy car was ready, engine running, warmed up. Repair itself was superb standard, and carried out well within the time stated. Carl is very knowledgable about the job and good customer service skills. A1 job.
Had a scratch on the passenger side of my audi. guys fixed the problem to no issues in a timely fashion and to a competitive price
Provided quotes for work and with the Tesco 10% where still way over what I paid in another body shop. £800 for quarter panel dent in a mini, paid £400 elsewhere. Bumper scratch want £440 paid £150 else where for a full bumper repaint.
Cannot fault Adam, excellent customer service, professional, knowledgeable, would definitely recommend.
