   my friend. 2024 mercedes in metalic black got a brown door car covered in over spray. runs orange peel to the odd coloured door. he got no help whats so ever resulting in court action. Good Morning David, This is an email in relation to the complaint you have made asking for an update on your case in relation to the hearing which was heard on the 15th September 2025. Firstly, can I just ask is this a formal against the court or is it just to ask for an update because if this is just to ask for an update I will close the complaint down. In regards to giving you an update, I can confirm the Judge has awarded Judgement in your favour for the amount of £1,759.69, no order has been made as to costs. The Defendant has 14 days from the day the order is drawn (please note the order has not yet been drawn due to the court having a backlog in orders but I can confirm this will be drawn up and sent out to both sides within the next couple of working days but my apologies for the delay in getting this out to you but you will receive the full order very shortly.    Fantastic job repairing the scuff to my front bumper, you would never had known the damage had been there. Very fast and efficient service both with the initial estimate, ease of booking the car in for repair, and on the day itself, car was promised to be ready by 4.30 and received a call from Sharon at 4.10 saying the car was ready for collection. Really pleased with the whole process and would definitely use them again (although hopefully I won’t need to!)
