   Plumbing bang on target We were in a desperate situation having moved house only to discover the Central Heating boiler not working and over 40 years old. Peacock heating to the rescue. Arrived on the day we moved in and fitted a new boiler and other urgent plumbing needs. A beautiful job immaculate detail on not only fitting but a complete relocation of the boiler.    I am extremely grateful to Peacock Heating. Des fitted a combi boiler in my dad's house. My dad had recently come out of hospital to find his old central heating system completely broken. Des came out quickly and spent time explaining things to my dad. His quote was extremely competitive and he kindly agreed to fit the boiler as soon as possible ( within 10 days). He arrived lon time and completed the work in 1 day ( other companies had not only quoted higher prices but had said the work would take 3-5 days). Des spent time explaining how to use the new system to my dad. He left the house in a clean and tidy state. My father was very pleased with the finished product and finds it easy to use. I have been incredibly impressed with Peacock Heating from start to finish. Des is a total professional and clearly knows what he's doing! I loved that he sent a message and a link to track him on the day of the fitting so we would know exactly when he would arrive.This message came with his picture so that my father would be able to safely let him into the property. These little touches show how thoughtful and understanding Des is. I would (and will be) recommend him to anyone. He is excellent!!

   Des from Peacock Heating has been professional and knowledgeable from the outset. Des was available to provide a free quotation and sent through the quotation with clear and concise details of the work and cost. Upon accepting the quotation Des’s availability meant he was able to book in for the work within 2 weeks. Des and his colleague Jordan arrived on time, completed the work whilst also asking for my input of the radiators, just to ensure they were located exactly where I wanted them. The job they have done for my immersion cylinder is clean and tidy too. Fantastic work and thank you for everything.

   I contacted Peacock Heating for a quote and Des was able to visit within a few days. Des came prepared with brochures detailing the new boiler he recommended after seeing how the current boiler was installed. A date was agreed and the work was estimated to take two days. The Peacock Heating team arrived and within one day had the old boiler removed along with the water tanks, and the new boiler installed upstairs with all pipes/electrics for smart thermostat installed tidily, I couldn't even tell the carpet had been lifted for the pipework. Des was also available for any subsequent questions I had in the following days. He was also kind enough to register the warranty for the new boiler, something that is easily forgotten by many. I love my new boiler, in a dashing black shine with a touchscreen. Have continuous hot water at high pressure now. Would definitely recommend Peacock Heating, they will be my first point of contact in future.

   I can not speak higher of Des he really came to my rescue I own a rental property and the boiler had completely broken the engineer that the agents had instructed quoted £1000 more than was reasonable knowing we had an obligation to restore heating. Des reasurred me from the off that he was able to help and was able to attend the property and at a price that I knew to be the sensible going rate, he attended when he said he would his quote was clear and not misleading he was kind and professional. I also had a hob that needed fitting into the property and he collected it from my home and fitted it at the property at the same time as the boiler. I think the story speaks for itself, quick, professional, good value for money and helpful will always recommend peacock heating
