   DON'T TRUST THESE SNEAKY PEOPLE! I was sold a USED set off the display yesterday morning(3rd nov '25) as they didn't have any more packed ones. The indian woman was abit reluctant to sell it to me at first (should have taken the hint)but then later she said to another indian woman "pack kar de purana wala" meaning "pack the old one",i thought she meant old design not thinking they'd be selling second hand..got it home in the evening and realised the beads were stuck to the back of the tikka because there was glue on it and one fat bead was missing from one of the earrings. They have a no refund no exchange policy so I can't even return it! Don't be fooled by the prices,you get what you pay for in this shop ie; used and damaged items

   I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I went in to buy jewelry, and the seller assured me she would customise the color of the beads before closing. However, instead of doing that, she started making a bangle set for someone who arrived after me. Then, she casually told me I’d have to come back in the morning, laughing about it as if it was no big deal. This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of ethics is unacceptable. If you value your time and expect good service, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

   Today I visited this store for some bangles however a Member of staff (Middle- aged Asian lady) was so rude. I wanted to see a set of bangles and she refused to make the set for me unless I buy them first, she said “ if I open them I can’t put them back” it’s not impossible to do but she was just being lazy. How am I supposed to know what they look like before I purchase them?. I Cannot believe the poor level of customer service she needs training on how to treat customers and do her job properly, rather than standing around and telling others what to do. I’ve been to Chohans which is a few doors away who made me a beautiful bangle set and didn’t refuse to do their job. Appalling. will not be shopping here and don’t recommend anyone else to shop here either.
