   I am extremely disappointed with the service. I spent £300 and my sister spent £500 in this store. The thread from the bangles came undone and the beads all fell out. The colleagues in the store laughed in my cousins face when she asked for an exchange. The bangles were not made well and now I cannot wear them. I feel silly for spending £60 on 2 bangles and I can never wear them again. The owner also compared his policy to that of the Apple Store, I.e we would have to pay for repairs for a phone. The fact is the bangle was faulty in the first place, you cannot compare the quality checks on an I phone to a bangle.

   Absolutely rip off. Don’t buy your jewellery from here. They don’t even help you if your things are damaged. Cheap quality and you are overpaying for jewellery that I wore for couple of hours and broke.
