Rhiannon and Lilly gave me amazing customer service when collecting my fiancés wedding present. They were patient answered my questions and care and insurance etc. warm and friendly and I’ll definitely pop in to say hello and check out further sales in the future.

Rhiannon was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What stood out most was her willingness to work with my budget — rather than letting me walk away, she made the effort to find something perfect within my price range. Thanks to her, I was able to make a purchase that I was really happy with. She was also incredibly kind and patient with my children, which made the whole experience even better. My daughter had an amazing and memorable experience getting her first ear piercing done. Her piercer's name was Teresa and she was so kind which reassured my daughter a lot since she was very nervous to get her ears done. We are really grateful for her kindness and support. The piercing turned out amazing!
Accompanied my daughter who was getting secondary piercings in her ears. The service was fantastic. For £19.99 she picked out basic studs and got it done quick and easy. Also provided an aftercare kit. The kid was very happy with everything over all. I was more interested in the watches. A nice selection to browse, but a lot of the ones I was interested in can be found a lot cheaper in other high street stores.

Friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. I was served by a lovely lady name Sinèad who took some links out of a watch I had purchased in store. Professional and helpful..really impressed. Would recommend anyone wanting a reputable jewellers to give H Samuel West Bromwich a visit!

Staff friendly,but a little pushy on after sale, trying too hard to sell you insurance, but thats probably managment higher up .
