   I don't really get the whole concept of these items or their pricing, but visited this particular store to sort out a birthday gift for my daughter. The two ladies working in here were extremely helpful and nice. Customer service is definitely great, even if the items aren't to my personal taste.

   The staff in there are so rude! They do not acknowledge you, so you’re left aimlessly walking around whilst they stare at you. I felt like it was because of my skin colour. My sister was really disheartened as she wanted to make a purchase however we decided to leave because the staff had made us feel that uncomfortable!!!!! Will not be returning here ever again

   A wonderful place, girls so friendly and helpful. We wanted to choose a bracelet charms and a safety chain, the girl showed us the bracelet and charms and told us which offers were on and what was the best value for money, she even Checked the size of the bracelet we chose was the right size with the charms. The deal we chose qualified for the free bangle which is a beautiful piece of jewellery.
