   Tried the central heating after a long summer and it didn't want to circulate. So looked through the google reviews for a local plumber, and gave Jamie a call at JB Plumbing and Heating. He answered instantly, and after briefly explaining the problem arranged a visit the following day. Jamie quickly diagnosed the problem and changed the diverter valve, within an hour from arriving the system was up and running again. Showed him the next plumbing problem (...I have a list of stuff I really should get fixed), a leaking toilet connector to the drain pipe. He came out the following Saturday morning and changed it for me taking only half an hour to complete. Jamie charged me very reasonable prices for both jobs (I am from Yorkshire so don't enjoy parting with my cash very readily). His attitude is respectful and cheerful, doesn't waste time and explains clearly everything he does. Leaving the job clean and tidy. I don't hesitate in recommending JB Plumbing and Heating, highly satisfied with the work. I intend using Jamie to sort the next job on my list very soon.

   I very rarely leave reviews but I have no hesitation in recommending J B Plumbing and Heating. This company was recommended to me by a friend which I always find helpful as locating a reliable and competent trader can often be a bit of a gamble. I have called upon Jamie’s services on two occasions now and each time I have been thoroughly impressed. Last week my combi boiler broke down and I was left without any central heating or hot water (typically during one of the coldest spells this year!). I called Jamie mid afternoon and within an hour he had arrived to help. He quickly diagnosed the fault, checked the availability and price of a replacement part and gave me a firm cost for the repair. This was far more reasonable than I had expected so I asked Jamie to go ahead. The part was obtained and fitted the very next day. My boiler is now running perfectly and I cannot fault the service that Jamie provided. In summary, J B Plumbing and Heating provide a prompt, reliable and professional service. Jamie is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is a very efficient and tidy worker and the end results speak for themselves. Thoroughly recommended.

   Jamie removed an existing radiator from one location in our living room and fitted two new radiators as we changing the room around. He was punctual when it came to doing an initial survey (other tradesmen either didnt turn up or a couple of hours later than agreed without any pre notice). As for the actual work.... absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Punctual, friendly, works fast and accurately and takes pride in his work. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
