What a brilliant pet store, we regularly go here for our border collie and the staff/owners are amazing. Always happy to help, bend over backwards, have recommendations or suggestions. Today it was our dog's birthday and she got a gift from the owner which is just a reflection of their love for pets and warming customer service as always. Absolutely amazing service! My dog was quite matted underneath, and the groomers did an incredible job getting him looking and feeling so much better. They were gentle, patient, and really took the time to make sure he was comfortable. He came home looking fantastic and so much happier! Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing !!!! Took my dog for first time to be groomed and he is a nervous boy, they were so good with him, I returned to pick him up and saw the owner and groomer spending time playing and treating him like there own after shop had shut. Such a comfort, can't express how greatful and relaxed I felt. The shop is so clean and tidy and the owner has so much knowledge of products and all animal advice 10 out of 10 please visit!!!! A hidden gem xxx
I had such a great experience with Puppachinos Pet Supplies! They were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit in my 3 dogs for grooming at very short notice. Since the recent change in ownership, the team has been so helpful and welcoming — you can really feel the positive changes. A special shoutout to Tynesha, the groomer, who was absolutely fantastic with the dogs. She was so kind and gentle with them, and all three came home happy, looking great, and smelling amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole experience felt really personal and professional. I’ll definitely be booking back in — highly recommend!

Called in today for the first time. Well kept small pet shop seemed clean and tidy. Seemed to cater more for dogs than other pets. Great if you have dogs but i have cats. Don't get me wrong they did have other animal things but not a big selection.

Not impressed with selling WIRE. hamster wheels!!! Which can harm and injure hamster little feet. Expensive. The one star would be for good selection of food and clean and tidy. Please do research on hamster wheels.
