“I had such a great experience with Puppachinos Pet Supplies! They were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit in my 3 dogs for grooming at very short notice. Since the recent change in ownership, the team has been so helpful and welcoming — you can really feel the positive changes. A special shoutout to Tynesha, the groomer, who was absolutely fantastic with the dogs. She was so kind and gentle with them, and all three came home happy, looking great, and smelling amazing! “I went to get my 15 year old boy put to sleep and the staff and vet couldn't have made a bad situation any better, they where very professional and compassionate and the vet ran me through the steps that will happen and gave me as much time as I wanted to They even offered for me to go home and pay over the phone cause I was in a very bad emotional state and they sent him paw prints and a card to our house a few days later Thanks to all the staff I will be going here in the future I would highly recommend coming here for there finally journey”

“Took JJ to get his claws cut for the first time expecting much drama from a cat who only does things on his terms. Very apprehensive for the nurses anticipating cat screams and hissing. Five minutes later he was back and all done and apparently behaved lovely (you traitor JJ!!). Very happy with this clinic and can thoroughly recommend.”

“I can not thank this amazing group of people enough for their care and compassion shown to our dog Frank, from the Vets to the Receptionists, everyone has been incredible. Frank was rushed into Springfield Vets in Rotherham on Bank Holiday Monday despite him not being registered with them. They saw him within the hour, made a plan, and executed it knowledgeably and professionally. They showed patience and compassion despite his behavioural challenges and gave him first class care and kindness. They kept us informed and updated on his progress throughout his stay, even after hours. They adapted their ways of working to make sure he was comfortable, and I knew from the minute he stepped foot into the practice that he and his care were their top priority. Frank is now recovering from his surgery and his back home because these amazing people were able to deal with his problems effectively, efficiently, and with such kindness. Needless to say, Frank is now registered with this amazing veterinary practice and will not be going anywhere else in the future should he need to. Thank you once more for everything you have done for not only Frank but also for us.”

“In my darkest time with my dying dog, this veterinary practice acted extremely swiftly, they had incredible medical techniques which they could pull in when they needed to help my dog, they never gave up on her and I hold them entirely responsible for the fact that she came home alive with me. “Stopped off here for a night while driving from up north to down south. Really good hotel, staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was plenty large and the atmosphere of the hotel was very comfortable. Very good breakfast with a nice restaurant area. Great location with a Morrisons across the road, easy access to the motorway and Rotherham only a few minutes drive down the road. Really good price and value for money, especially if you sign up to the free Ibis/Accor membership for members prices. Would recommend!”

“Stayed here for one night . Everything you need for a budget stay. Location not central however staff very helpful . Rooms were great for the price Large rooms . Extra services ie hairdryer and ironing board . No bar and lift was broken didn't cause us an issue but as we on third floor would have been a problem if you had mobility issues Overall a good size room and clean Good value for money”

“Stayed at prime lodge and after reading Google reviews I was a bit worried. But after arrival I found the reviews to be very unfair. The room could do with a revamp but otherwise is was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would happily return. Staff friendly and if you enter your reg at reception you don't get charged for parking. I love the motel style as it makes rooms much more private. For the price the hotel was more than worth it . Thank you.”
