   All I need to say is that Vets4Pets were so kind to my much loved dog Gerald. He was only their patient for a very short time but those visits were filled with love and kindness and, more importantly faultless vetinary care. On our final visit Gerald crossed over the Rainbow Bridge with dignity and surrounded by love - not just mine but the vet's and the vetinary nurse. Vets4Pets arranged his cremation - this was such a kind act and much appreciated by me I would also like to say thank to Cathy who we saw on our first visit and to Sarah and a vetinary nurse - sorry I can't recall your name on our final visit. And, lasty, the reception staff who were incredibly kind to me. Rosemarie Curtis

   Can't praise the staff at vets for pets Parkgate enough. Unfortunately we lost our dog to cancer but the staff there were nothing but great and cant thank them enough for how caring they were to our girl. Mia had a huge operation and the aftercare was perfect and was always easy to contact them with any concern if we had any and at the final moments of having to make the hard decision the staff we sympathetic and caring not only to our girl but to us too and offered prints of her paw and nose which has brought us great comfort. Thank you for all you did for Mia.

   Excellent service always. Unfortunately, I lost my cat to a tumour, but the staff were fantastic caring and looked after her so well.they made sure she was in no pain and passed peacefully.

   Great service. Medication prices extortionate. Perscription Medication charging £70. When a Google search retails at £1.66 I don't think it's the vets at parkgates fault as it's a chain vets.

   Just come off the phone after speaking to a very rude impolite man that answered the phone. He insisted that I could not be registered with more than one vets for my cats, despite doing this for the last 5+ years. I have always been with vets4pets for the complete care plan and taken them elsewhere for everything else as I find vets4pets too expensive for anything other than the complete care plan, in which I receive the flea and wormer treatment, vaccines and health checks for £10/cat per month. He insisted that I should go elsewhere to get it if I didn't want to go to them for treatments. Very very rude and bad customer service....absolutely appalled!!!!! He should not be on reception. He had no customer service skills at all. Will be telling everyone I know not to use vets4pets as they are a rip-off!

   Took our new puppy for some toys and to be weighed as it states online they offer a free weighing service. The receptionist at the vets wouldn't let us weigh our puppy because "we weren't registered with them". Scale was literally right at the side of her in the waiting area, accessible to anyone. Nobody there, and she was sat doing nothing. Rang Cortonwood branch today, they said bring him down anytime its a free service. Absolute jobsworth, wish I'd got her name.

   We use the vet's for our shihtzu,, they're so good with him. A little pricey,, but aren't they all these days. Very fair when giving a quote as they let you know the price beforehand for everything you need doing. Lovely staff. Even if your pet doesn't think so
