“Sharon has been our go to for years (prior to setting up at 'The Dog Grooming Shop') and always takes care of our little Shih-Tzu 'Ted' with perfect trims and clips etc. Always has time to fit us in within a reasonable timeframe and always welcoming. Premises are always spotless and location is great. Would highly recommend (and have to many family and friends).”

The staff were so calming and reassuring, allowing me to sit down for as long as I liked, brought me a glass of water to take the meds with and checked on me to make sure I was OK. “Really friendly reception staff. The vet who saw our dog was kind and actually offered to do a proper cytology to find out what was going on with his ears, unlike several vets we have seen before with the same issue. Her advice was clear and helpful along with some tips for avoiding potential irritations for my dog going forward. She explained everything we needed to know and took the time to explain pricing and made sure everything was itemized for us. Overall I couldn't find any faults with the practice and am definitely happy to have my dog registered here for the future.”

They are very experienced with rabbits, as well as grooming for larger animals, and are always very accommodating. Very friendly and helpful, and always make the experience quick and easy. “Krazee K9 is stocked with a fantastic assortment of top quality food (not just raw food) and treats. It takes me ages to choose treats for my dog! There is a great selection of accessories, all at reasonable prices. They are friendly and very knowledgeable, and always happy to chat about your pets needs. There is a delivery service, which I haven't used as we live locally. It is well worth a visit.”

They worked so hard to ensure that my husband recieved his post hospital discharge medications on time and without any additional stress. “My parents were over from Ireland and we wanted to give them their first Afternoon tea experience. We all really enjoyed the food! The venue is lovely and cosy with a nice chilled atmosphere. You can also eat outside on a sunny day if you want. My 4 year old son was with us and they made him his own sandwich and gave him a scone free of charge. We had a lovely chat with the manager/owner at the end. Overall we had a lovely experience!!!”

“This vets is amazing. The pet plan is really good value for money. The vets are really nice and knowledgeable. The reception staff are so lovely and have been really kind and helpful and accommodating. The driver in our household passed away recently and the reception staff have been really helpful in changing appointments. Today I took one of the cats in for a weight check and he was very anxious and had soiled himself while I was trying to get an uber home. The ladies on reception gave me cleaning supplies, a puppy pad and let me use a room to clean him AND booked me a taxi. I cannot reccomend this vet practice enough and im very thankful!”
