Great vets really know their stuff and from the reception to the nurses they are all great with dogs. Would recommend!
The reception staff are so lovely here and nothing is too much trouble. Ellie the vet is brilliant and has helped me with my two dogs both with hip dysplasia. She’s been patient and answered all my questions and been brilliant with Harry and Wendy’s pain trial. Cannot recommend them enough
Really friendly reception staff. The vet who saw our dog was kind and actually offered to do a proper cytology to find out what was going on with his ears, unlike several vets we have seen before with the same issue. Her advice was clear and helpful along with some tips for avoiding potential irritations for my dog going forward. She explained everything we needed to know and took the time to explain pricing and made sure everything was itemized for us. Overall I couldn't find any faults with the practice and am definitely happy to have my dog registered here for the future.

I called the practice 2x once this morning and once this afternoon to ask if my cats heart medication was available too collect made order a week ago, the medication was not even added onto my account. I stressed the importance of the medication and I needed to know when It would be ready. I ordered the medication in good time and needed the meds today. Long story short but LAUREN the receptionist who I spoke too began to laugh which I find very rude and unprofessional. I found it disgusting that this girl found it appropriate to laugh when clearly I was worried/upset about my cat's medication as it keeps his heart from deteriorating. Horrid girl!
Great friendly staff , willing to answer all questions no matter how many times they must hear them or how long your on the phone they do try their best to answer all and provide the best information for you and your pets. Brilliant with my kitten to say the least. All around great practice
Just come back from taking our new cat here. Best vets I have ever visited! Lovely staff and a really helpful and caring vet. You can really tell they care about animals. Would definitely recommend!
Always had Springfield as our vets and they have always given us great service and looked after our jack Russell. He sadly passed a couple of weeks ago at the hospital in Rotherham and the staff and vet made the end happen with kindness and dignity. Thank you all so much.
