“I have used One call Taxis of Rotherham on Three occasions within one week so far this week. I can not fault them, from first call to book, to getting the service I required, never a problem. Courteous, prompt, patient at all times. My needs were based around Hospital/Therapy sessions. As you can appreciate, mobility issues for myself have been troublesome, but to the Drivers, not an issue, even when I stood in the wrong pick up point outside Hospital today, a quick call from the office to myself to advise the driver was waiting, soon had the Driver insist to stay where I was, he would pick me up from the spot.
