Not happy at all with how my dog came home, asked for his coat to be cut a little shorter not to come out with nearly no hair on his body, some hairs are shorter then others and very patchy, hes a very skinny dog even with all his fur, but now he has little to no fur and it makes him look ill, very unhappy with the result will not be coming again.
Brought my puppy teddy today for his first groom and he looks and smells amazing and he loved the ladies there as well fantastic service Thankyou we will definitely be returning
Brilliant staff. Very obliging & helpful. My old rescue dog Ted hates his nails clipping but these ladies are so kind & reassuring.

Wife always take our dog here, he has special shampoo to use that we do have to take but it's the extra effort they put in to take care of him.
Took my puppy for his first cut, they did a lovely job, very knowledgeable and I wasn't worried about leaving him as they were so kind, he looks great and came out happy, would recommend any one with a puppy to go there
