   Great shop with a lot of variety for so many different kinds of pets. Great cat litter and toys, though some items are quite expensive. Staff are happy to help if you are buying bigger items and need a hand getting them to your car. Trolleys are also available.

   Range was excellent though they didnt have the uniary cat food that we were looking for. The awesome staff did show us all the alternatives and supplements they did have. Plus had a lovely chat with the assistants about 2 particularly charming rats they had.

   Always get my hamsters from here, I’ve had a few over the years. Every time I go there’s always some new money making scam. Went yesterday and was forced to buy a giant wheel because they’d “upgraded” which is code for spend more money it has nothing to do with what’s best for the pets. Won’t be coming here again.

   Just kind of a weird experience. Conflicting information from all staff on what to buy for our new pet. not really communicating between themselves and felt very unpleasant shopping experience. Buying a new pet should be a wonderful experience but it just felt like we somehow was putting them out or annoying them for some reason. I think the staff are all just much too young and lack a lot of customer service experience and manners. They all need better training in my opinion.

   Went to cortonwood twice staff unhelpful asked for a tag to be engraved as going to purchade a collar was advised too busy also enquired about my dog been spade as new to area was advised who my previous vet was advised lincolnshire was told not taking new customers on assistant rude and so unhelpfull wont go back to this store again need customer service skills .

   Had to put in a complaint to head office with regards to the way manager ‘Emma’ spoke to us and her disregard for issues with a pet we had brought from there. But luckily the rest of the staff have always been amazing and make up for manager’s conduct.
