   I am writing this review as the below is bull.The lady who runs this is amazing . I have been going to this pet shop for over 2 years and they are the nicest people don't over sell you stuff you don't need, or stuff that's wrong for animals. I took the jump this year to board my 3 reptiles ( leopard gecko, dune gecko and a bearded dragon) and they were looked after like they were her own. All the animals in the pet shop are well looked after and fed. I will definitely be sending my reptiles thier for ever holiday. Thank you very much for all you do for my pets. ♥️ So please keep this pet shop in mind for boarding.

   if you love your reptiles - DO NOT LEAVE YOUR REPTILES HERE FOR BOARDING. Awful place. I left my tortoises here for boarding to find out that I was then returned the wrong tortoises. After 3 weeks the tortoises returned to me were double the size of mine had prolapses and untrimmed beaks. My tortoises had natural marks on their scutes at birth and it was evident that the ones returned to me were not mine. When I complained the shop could barely tell the truth.

   Just awful, avoid at all costs. Only half the order arrived, the hassle and constant having to chase them up with promises of call backs that never came, eventually went through PayPal claims process to get my money back! What a way to run a business..

   Truly amazing experience. We had new tortoises hatch and it was apparent from the get go that all the lady cared about was the animals, not money orientated at all. We drove from Mansfield because we were so impressed with the lady of the phone, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

   Bought approx £60 of turtle food stock that said 'IN STOCK' at the time, the only reason I used this shop is because they falsely listed they had lots in stock whereas other shops had only one or two. Didn't hear a thing for a week and a half, no dispatch email, no apology email. Just nothing. Had to ring up and ask where it is/what's going on and they told me it didn't arrive in their latest delivery. They said they would contact me next day with an update. 5 days later and still nothing, I've sent an email yesterday afternoon with the subject refund as I've had enough of waiting and no reply. I've rang 3 times now about it and keep getting cut off with no answer. At this point I just want my money back. EDIT: FILED A PAYPAL REFUND AND IT WAS REFUNDED BY THE SELLER WITHIN 24H. Going forward I'd recommend you keep more track of your real stock levels if you're going to have a site that indicates what's in stock and what isn't.

   Visited the store with my wife and 2 young boys with a view to buying a corn snake. Excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble and had patience with my 2 excited little boys. Wasn't sure on which type of corn snake we wanted so got to view them all and explained thoroughly. We purchased the starter setup and a corn snake. Everything perfect on the setup. Corn snake has settled in brilliantly. Very tame, feeding, drinking and also had his first shed. Thank you

   Online shop, is what I use & I'm impressed by how helpful the staff are and any problems or questions they will help with, being a new customer that has used Online home delivery can't fault them, frist time I ordered was fine, but this second one, big changes in quality feeds, new pack label will fast delivery modesty depending on date and holiday like bank holiday will take a little longer, but if you have not received any email or call from them, please contact them so helpful, not a Facebook person but still able to use their own website to order reptiles food, no complaints here just had two good delivery's,

   The most incompetent online retailers I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Two months for my order to be dispatched and most of it was missing when it did arrive. Customer service take a week to respond, if they bother at all. Also, what did arrive was damaged! WORST COMPANY
