    Daughter has wanted her ears piercing for a couple of years, but it's still a big thing for her. She was a little nervous. Staff member was not empathetic and not concerned about the child's feelings, just wanted to get it done. I made it very clear it was her choice. You need to ensure your staff can actually communicate with children. Will not go back.

    Sarah and the team at Tamworth are super helpful and friendly can’t complain about their service at all. They are, like others have pointed out, let down by the customer service at their head office but the shop team are amazing. Big bright shop full of items, loads of girls to choose from and easy to find what you like as it’s all laid out and tidied well.

    10/10. My Daughter just had her 8th birthday party at Claire’s Tamworth today and in her own words, BEST DAY EVER!! Thank you so much to Sarah and team for making it so much fun. All the girls absolutely loved it. We cannot thank you enough, especially for accommodating the date and time, you are a super star, customer service at its best.

    Our daughter had her 8th birthday party here yesterday and we can honestly say the whole experience was fabulous. Sarah and her team were so welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t do enough to ensure all the children were happy and enjoying themselves. Our 11year old daughter had the best time too. We would recommend Claire’s Tamworth to host a girls birthday party they all got a gift card to spend in store then had their hair and nails done as well as playing games. The party girl even had a free gift, which she loves. Thank you to all the amazing staff who made our daughters party so special. We will be back again for another party, I’m sure!

    Great customer service! Used to walk in and walk back out. However I’ve been in 4 times the past week. Was served by the manger Sarah, who was extremely welcoming and helpful. Needed some advice to purchase some earrings Sarah took her time to help me find the ones I loved and explained the difference with a few sets of earrings. Even helped me decide which presents I should buy my daughter with the buy three get three free offer! Lovely experience!
