Pets at home are really good and there prices often are cheaper than anywhere. Get all our.dog food from them.

Clean shop, very friendly staff, always walking around the shop floor to see if you need help, also great benefits for you're dogs on the vouchers and also discount when using your card
Great customer service! I was asking for gastrointestinal cat food not normally found in store. They advised looking online but I was also given an alternate which my cat has taken to so I will continue with the product. I had also purchased a dog bed the same day at the Chesterfield store that I wanted to exchange. It was no problem even when I couldn't find the receipt. I'm very happy and a regular customer.

Clay Cross Store -Very bad customer service especially young girl member of staff who lacks customer service etiquette greatly- she is not welcoming - not friendly actually rude manor and a definite sense of hostility towards customers. They will decide what you can buy or not. You are left to feel like a criminal being monitored! This is not a friendly welcoming is not a friendly welcoming shop! SERIOUSLY avoid if you can go elsewhere!
Hamsters in tiny cages and were climbing on the bars and swinging biting at the bars for 10 minutes straight trying to get out, told a colleague and she said that she always does it and didn’t seem to care
Very good service provided by Leigh. Went above and beyond to help me. Called other stores to try and secure me a product to collect. Leigh managed to get me one reserved at Drakehouse Pets at home and made me one very happy customer as I needed it that day and I could not for my life get any Large dog cages anywhere else. Well done Leigh! All the best.
Very hit and miss at this store. Sometimes the service is good, other times not so much. Recently spent a fair amount of money here, provided details for NHS discount, when I got home no discount applied and too late to go back as it was sunday. Much prefer the staff in the Chesterfield store but this store is more local.
