   Im so disappointed by the disgusting care of their animals. Their cages are the wrong sizes. Hamsters are put with 3+ hamsters (hamsters are solitary they will kill eachother) the staff recommend bad care. They sell items that will kill your pets such as tubes for hamsters that they'll get suck in or fuzzy items that hamsters will chew through and die from impaction. Their reptiles arent taken care of either they look dull. The feeders in the tubs for the reptiles (food for them) the feeders have cannibalised and most of the feeders are dead / eaten leaving rotting carcasses. This is a sign that they arent fed or taken care of. I hate coming here and I cannot believe the uk allows this.

   Good selection of fish, however I was really disappointed with the condition of the fish and tanks at Pets at Home. Several tanks looked poorly maintained, and dead or visibly distressed fish were present. It’s concerning to see animals kept in such conditions, especially when proper care is essential for aquatic life.

   Great place to buy stuff for pets, especially dogs. Very friendly staff. I had my dog in to be groomed today and she’s come back absolutely glowing- the groomers did an amazing job (even with my dog being a big fussy!). I’d definitely recommend for dog grooming and anything pet related.

   Clean, well planned out with a good variety of products. Would be a 5 star if Pets at Home stopped selling cages and hutches that aren't suitable for hamsters, rabbits, rats and gerbils etc.

   Asked for one of their store team to help me out with a large 15kg bag of dog food to my car as I was holding my baby daughter. They looked at me gone out, eventually someone helped after but they made me feel like I was such an inconvenience! Nothing like customer service!!

   Staff aren't particularly knowledgeable, low range of stock. On a positive note, they've stopped selling reptiles to people with really bad advice on how to keep them. I always hated seeing reptiles with no UV or water available. UV lights behind glass are simply expensive light bulbs giving no much needed benefit to the animals.
