Took graham a diamond ring that I haven’t worn for years and showed him a picture of an earring design to see if he could make it into a new ring. Graham made my new ring exactly to spec and I love it! It has given my Ring a new lease of life!

And was in constant email communication with dates and times to bring my item in and emailed me as soon as it was fixed - which happened to be the following day after I'd taken the item in!
