   Tea bag bedding was okay, but customer service was non existent. Parcel was lost for two weeks, FedEX is horrible and in combination with Carcroft Pet supplies customer service it was just a disaster. I’ve e-mailed them 3 times and no one replied, I called 3 times to ask about my parcel they didn’t help and told me that they’ll call back and never did. Finally managed to get in contact with FedEX and they told me my package is in a depot because there were 3 delivery attempts (no one left a note for me btw). Useless service on both sides. If you order from them you might not get your order and they did not seem to care in all honesty. I am not trying to harm anyone, this is what happened to me. Feedback for Carcroft Pet Supplies: Either have proper customer service or change shipping company, otherwise good products.

   This tea bag bedding is terrible for Indoor use. I purchased 2 bags and after the first use there was a coating of white dust on everything. It caused me a very bad asthma attack too. I will be going back to Fitch bedding as the dust is extracted. This rubbish has gone straight in the bin.

   Bought 2 bags of the 10KG teabag bedding! I saw loads of people recommending it for my hamsters and thought to give it a go, especially as the price is so good! Whilst I got a lot of bedding which is great, I don’t think the quality is all that good and it won’t hold a burrow.

   Positives: Knowledgable/ friendly staff Wide range of affordable pet products Good parking facilities Negative: The shop itself could do with a bit of reinvestment put into it like installing a new automatic entrance door and having air conditioning inside for the staff and customers Overall a good place to get your pet supplies

   Ordered 2 x 10kg bags of Tea Bag Bedding... Yet to fill the cages with it, but put a pile of it in each and all 7 of my Degus looked happy as Larry running round the cage with it! Great price, great communication with Gez and brilliant delivery costs/speed. I ordered late Wednesday night, and it was delivered on Friday. Well packaged too, as it was raining and the contents were bone dry inside.

   If you keep poultry or have pet's then give this place a try. Thought buying online would be cheaper but thankfully was advised to try here first. They have everything you need in larger quantities and very fair prices. Staff are friendly and helpful, if you can't see what you need just ask and they may be able to get it for you.

   Bought flowers and compost. For delivery. Great service. Reasonable selection of plants. Good price. I did not buy any pet food but it looked like there was a big selection of dry food.
