When dropping my dog off this morning I politely asked when picking my dog up can they support his back as he’s a dachshund and we currently have 1 recovering from spinal surgery. The first woman was lovely and said yes of course. As I came to pick him up I saw the other woman carrying my dog with just 1 arm and politely asked if next time she could support his back. Rather than getting an apology and a simple yes we will do it next time she got defensive and rude. I said we will not bring our dogs back here with her saying it doesn’t matter she doesn’t care. First woman we dealt with was lovely and we never have an issue, however the second woman was not professional or polite and a simple apology could have gone a long way. Overall the haircut was good just very bad customer service.

1st ever visit today with our Cocker spaniel (pup 1 year). Bella looks absolutely fantastic, doesnt seem to be bothered by the experience so they must look after your dogs. Just hope they get over the visit and they will allow her back, Thank you, awesome job, even Ruby approves

I cannot fault their work. My girls Jessie and Kiera always look forward to their visit and when picking them up look amazing and smell absolutely gorgeous. I can tell by their excitement they are happy to visit and be pampered. Thank you so much, you've always done a brilliant job and never cut them too short. Definitely worth the money. Friendly staff that obviously care about every dog they groom, recommend to anyone looking for a good dog groomer.
Took my Akita here and she always comes out really well groomed and smelling lovely! They Provide a brilliant service! All staff members are lovely, well mannered and work in a professional manner! Highly reccomend! Thankyou again!
