   Took my laptop in on a Friday at about 10.30am as it was running slow etc. He called at 2pm the same day to say that he had sorted it, added some extra RAM, tried a few other bits and had done some research into my slow wifi. When I collected it he gave me all the info, advice on what to do if the wifi slows down again and steps we could take in the future if needed. Fantastic service, well priced, so quick, but clearly not a 'quick job' if that makes sense. Great bloke, thank you
