A great shop for all my pet supplies. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help. Has everything from bird seed to frozen ferret food. I haven’t come across anything I need that they don’t stock. 5 star products and ten star staff.
I havent ever had any issuss when ordering with this company. I've used ebay mainly, but the other day i rang the store and managed to speak to a lovely man who helped me to get my usual order of the chinchilla bathing sand sent to me, as I had ran out. Every order that I've made has arrived the next day and is exactly as described and well packaged. Many thanks.

Bought item from their ebay shop. Items arrived late and damaged. Spoke to "Gregory" . Such a rude and abrupt man. Offered an insulting amount for a good will gesture. Item I bought had already been used with it being needed so much as it was late he said I could have full refund it it was returned. In the end, he hung up the phone.. Avoid buying from these people.
I've always used this business for our dog food and accessories as they sell everything you could need but cheaper!! They also sell a wide range of horse feeds and the various brands. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products that they sell and any help that you might have about the care of your pets.
I've never had a bad experience , but I have only shopped in store. Friendly staff. The raw dog food is well priced and affordable. Would love it if they would stock some more raw brands too as I like to feed a variety.
Keep away from this company. ordered pond food they sent a different item to what I ordered. And told me to send it back rubbish so it cost me to send it back. And time. And also bag was split open food every where. I Phone them up they was not interested. Telling me there is no difference in the food I ordered. So why adervertise on your Web site. I would say stay clear.
AVOID!!! Do not buy anything from this company and don't take my word for how bad it is - take the birds' opinion! We bought kibbled peanuts for our window feeders from them on eBay and our normally voracious birds won't touch them so they are either old and stale or not peanuts. We realised the problem when we watched the birds fly in, sniff them and fly away again. They sat there for a week and went mouldy, then waited for the seller to respond by which time it was too late for the 30-day money back guarantee. Opened a return request and they are ignoring it and also not answering the phone. The one star reviews on here are honest and if you check their negatives and neutrals on eBay they tell the same story. They sell rubbish and expect animals not to know the difference. We have now kibbled down our own peanuts and the birds are back to emptying them twice a day.
