    If I could have given no stars i would, on arrival my cats were taken from me at the door and put in pens (I presume) as I wasn't taken to see where they would be kept, I can only assume that the pens were a disgrace as on my return my cats travel baskets and blankets were filthy and covered in mud, both cats returned home covered in flees which they definitely didn't have when I took them. Safe to say I will not be using this cattery again.
