Rang to request a certain colour in an item advertised on the website and mid-conversation was interrupted to ask where I was ringing from based on my accent, when I replied Northern Ireland was told they didn’t want to proceed with a sale with me as it wasn’t UK..?. Oh dear, when corrected on that big mistake she used the excuse that postage would be £80 for an almost but slightly bigger than a baby bath, plastic bath for dogs. I said that it was definitely possible to get it much cheaper and asked if I could enquire and organise postage. Reply was a straight NO.. insulted is putting it mildly.! Have since got similar from ‘mainland’ £20 postage. Verging on racism
