I have been coming to this store for years. Since it was taken over it's just not the same. Today I went to buy my usual dog food and take advantage of the discount cards they hand out.The last time I came I was given a card for purchases in January, but as my dogs food has lasted to today, the 2nd of February I was told I would not get the discount. I was charged £64 .99 for a bag of my usual dog food! Prompted by this poor service I looked online and can get it delivered free to my home for £45. I will never go here again.
Great staff as always. Huge shame Jolleys have bought them out. Been buying Fish 4 Dogs for the last 7 years from here & they have stopped selling it. Will be going elsewhere now
Nice variety & handy because it's local, however having to climb a flight of stairs for parrot food was no good for me as I'm disabled, all dog, cat, wild bird food was on the ground floor, I also thought it was a bit pricey.
This pet store is as good if not better than pets at home. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. You also can become a member with amazing discounts. What can I say but it's a win, win situation.
I called in this morning to buy some things for a new Puppy. I used to buy my wild bird food here so I know they had a very good selection of products available. I got everything that I went for apart from the Puppy food I needed as it was out of stock. The lady that served me was really helpful by taking my number so that she could call me when it was back in stock. Really good service offered in a polite, friendly manner. Lots of spaces to park and Covid regulations in place. A lovely visit overall.

These guys are fab and have helped guide us through the process of transferring our doggies onto RAW diet. All staff are super friendly and knowledge in abundance. Definitely feel the personal touch when shopping here and a great selection of stock is always available. Thanks Guys!
