   I have been taking my little Yorkie here for a couple of years to have her nails clipped. No problems until today. I left my dog saying I would return in 15 mins. I returned to a very hostile young woman who gave me a right verbal onslaught. 'Your dog is too snappy, not dealing with that! When you left your dog you should've left your phone number. Don't bring her back here!!' She made me feel like a child and I'll admit I shed tears on the return to my car. I'm 69 years old and fo not deserve to be spoken to in such a manner, she was absolutely horrible. I will never return there. If she's like that with people what is she like with the dogs????

   Melissa you were amazing today, you performed a miracle with our pug Floki after his wash, groom and nails were clipped. He looks a different dog and smells sweeter too. Thank you so so much, we really appreciate your grooming skills and patience. We were so nervous leaving Floki for his first spa treatment but we know he was in safe hands. We will definitely be returning to see you in a few weeks time. Thank you ❤ xx

   The team here are always so good with Bert who sadly has a brain tumour! They go well out of their way to make sure he is comfortable throughout!. He always looks great when he leaves the groom room. Thank you Kristen and Melissa who look after him and for being so patient as we know he can be fidgety (very).
