Would just like to say how Amazing Miguel at the HighGreen practice is. He treats my dog like heβs his own. We never feel rushed & heβs always happy to talk things through properly to make us understand what the problem is with our dog. He takes time to assess & explain things thoroughly & I genuinely feel he cares for the pets he treats. Heβs so caring & makes you feel so comfortable when youβre upset & worried. Miguel is Amazing, a true professional & one I genuinely feel has the pets interest at heart. Kate, (receptionist) has looked after me for about 15 years with my dogs & she is also wonderful & caring. Always there for us, compassionate & will go out of her way to ensure weβre looked after. Thank you to you all at high green, youβre the best.

Like the other review, I'd give them no stars if I could. They were recommended to me by friend, don't take your pet here animals are just a money maker for them. Tried to get my kittens vaccinated and spayed, you have to wait weeks for appointments and the staff are just uninterested and act like their doing you a favour. They just want your money.

If I could score it no stars I would! John Burton should not be a vet, he has miss diagnosed and sent my 20 week old puppy home with incorrect treatment leading to my pup die less than 21 hours later! He passed away in my arms at home because of JOHN BURTON! Do not use this veterinarian! No due diligence or compassion provided!

We have used this service for all our pets over the years. We are members of the pet plan for our dog and we pay approx Β£13 per month. This includes periodical health checks and booster vaccinations. It also covers monthly Netguard tablets for flee and tick prevention. I have always found the staff and the vet helpful. There is a couple of off road parking places at the front of the building. The waiting room is bright and welcoming. I would recommend this service.

We phoned reception to book an appointment and the lady was quite rude and very blunt with how she spoke. She was also rude in person and has zero customer service skills. The vet, J.Burton had no interaction with our puppy, had no interest in discussing how he was doing and when our puppy had his injection, he huffed when our puppy squealed, didn't pet him for any comfort and walked away from the table leaving him on there by himself. He was also rude to another customer in the waiting room when she came out from seeing him. Also on our way out, he made a young child wait outside due to covid, while the father took their pet inside, it was absolutely chucking it down with rain and she was a child, in the same 'bubble' as him. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't you become a vet because of your love of animals? We will not be using Abbey Vets again. I have no idea how they have any custom.

Absolutely adore the treatment we've had with my dog and my new kitten. The staff are friendly and a pleasure to speak to. The vet knows his stuff and is very helpful with any questions. My dog recently had to be put to sleep and they were very understanding and human. I told his old vet that we recently switched from, and recieved no sympathy for such a difficult decision. Thank you Abbey vets, I will always stay loyal to them for the sake of my fur babies and the way they are/were treated.

Amazing vets. Highly recommend. Had to take my Rottweiler puppy for 2nd vaccination, the vet took his time and patiently answered our questions. A massive thank you to the receptionist who couldn't help us enough after we travelled from Nottingham and our puppy had been sick all over the back seat. Nothing was to much trouble. Lovely people. Thank you.
