   Took my guinea pig in last week after contacting them. I left her with them and when Gemma had checked her she rang me with a diagnosis. Everything was explained to me what had been checked and the necessary medication given. I found it to be an excellent experience right from booking the appointment right through to collecting my pet. It is an excellent practice. My pet is now fully recovered. Thanks to everyone involved.

   Took our Poochon Dottie for Anal Gland procedure different price again £45.60 How can it be possible to charge this extortionate price when l enquired at another local Practice l was quoted £16.20 for any size Dog l am truly disgusted it is time something was done about the difference of price we won’t be using this practice again !!!

   I would like to give a big thank you to all the staff at Pinfold Vets Misterton for all their help throughout Benji’s life from the age of zero to the grand age of 14 and half. Today was the hardest day of his years for us all but the vets made us feel calm and put us all at ease with dignity and sympathy X

   What a shame a village vets is not looking after the village people. The practice only appears to take more and more money from you, requesting next day visits for extra cost. The animals most definitely do not come first, it is most definitely the amount of money they can get off of each person. 0/5

   Money making practice. Our dog has allergies, so every March, we have to get her medication or she develops an ear infection. My partner went in today. They supposedly didn’t have the record of the ear drops on file (even though they’re our only vets) so charged us to carry a test, to which results were “inconclusive” then followed to prescribe the exact same medication as they always do. They have now started charging for submitting forms to the insurance company, even though if we submit it direcrly, pet plan contacts them for information and they have to do the exact same work anyway. They charge us for apoquel £250 for 60 tables, even though you can get 100 tables online for £90. Came out with £360 bills. It’s like they have dollar signs in their eyes as soon as they see an insurance cover. Disgusting. We’re changing our vets next week!

   After recently registering my miniature Labradoodle at Pinfold House, I booked an appointment for him to have his nails clipped - he usually has them done every six weeks, at the groomers. The vet/nurse was very friendly and brilliant with Ralphie. She said he didn’t really need his nails clipping, but she would take the ends off. I was charged £36 for this 5 min appointment! I wasn’t asked about Ralphie’s general health, no checks were done of his teeth, ears or anything else, so I really can’t see why it would be so expensive. Getting an appointment was quick and easy.
