   The clinic is not recommended. Please ensure that, after each appointment, medical records are reviewed and verified to accurately reflect the discussions held during the visit, as there may be discrepancies if notes are checked several months later. These were only identified following the change of clinic and the necessary review of the records, which was quite surprising upon reading. I strongly recommend that everyone review their loved ones' files.

   We had a very poorly cat on a Sunday, and we hadn't had chance to get him registered with a vet yet (actually we had enquired at another veterinary practice last week, but they hadn't been back in touch, and they were closed when we needed them). So I frantically did an online search for vets open on Sundays and was amazed I hadn't seen this practice on my previous research. It is nice and convenient for us to get to and as the reviews were good I thought we'd give them a call. They were so friendly and accommodating, and the practice is modern and clean. The receptionist is welcoming, helpful and put us at ease. The vets we have seen so far (over 2 visits) have both been fantastic with our cat and been very knowledgeable and clearly explained our options. They're very transparent about pricings and things. I'm actually very glad the other vet practice didn't get back to us, because this one is excellent!

   I revieved an email telling me I could win £20 by leaving a review after my recent visit quite frankly I don't need the money incentive for a good review The service i recieve the work that is carried out and the reception you get from their always friendly staff is always 5⭐️' besides the medical attention my pets have had i have recently lost two pets and the time they gave me to come to terms whith the inevitable instead of pushing the issue and the compassion they showed at the end meant alot I know it's their job but they still made it feel somewhat personal and not just clinical on their part "so im happy to give 5 stars for the services they provide but more importantly for the staff and the treatment you revieve when it's needed most

   Relieved to find a Vet open on a Sunday and saw me and my very sick rabbit within 10 minutes of phoning. They were wonderful and she is now doing well. Affordable and caring. Can’t fault them. Thank you

   We adopted a rescue dog and had to get the records from the Rescue centre's vet to ours, The Pet Vet, Balby. I had to ring the The Pet Vet a couple of times and was always met with a warm and friendly attitude. Today I was frustrated as the records had not been sent and was told to get the Vet Pet to ring the old vets. I rang and spoke to Helen on reception. Helen could not have been more helpful and reassuring and assured me that she would ring and see how it could be sorted. Helen rang me back 10 minutes later reporting success and that the records had now been received, I will now be visiting The Vet Pet with confidence and secure in the knowledge that I made the right choice of vets. Thank you all and in particular Helen you are an asset to the company.

   Vet Linda was lovely, spent time with our Staffy Calvin who hadn't been well, the thankfully it would appear something hadn't agreed with him and he was given an anti sickness jab and told to have chicken and rice to eat in small meals until he improved, which he now appears to be his usual mischievous self.

   The pet vet at Balby looked after my German Shepherd when he cut his carpul pad and had to have it removed, they were very good at fitting us in at short notice and were so good with him, the premises are very modern and super clean they do everything on site, and the added bonus they are open 7 days a week, so no hefty charges for an out of hours weekend appointment, I highly recommend them.
