   A great holiday cottage that was clean and well equipped. It was accurately described on the North Wales Holiday Cottages website and was a less than a ten minute walk to the centre of Conwy. The agency were easy to contact and replied to any queries quickly, it helped that they had local knowledge of the area and the houses.

   North Wales Holiday Cottages have marketed and supported our cottage over the last 28 years, and two successive owners. Through our joint efforts we successfully achieve all the bookings we need to keep us ticking over, in what has become an increasingly difficult market, with harsher governmental policies towards holiday let ownership. We are grateful for the guidance we have received from NWHC and its team. When we’ve needed help, NWHC have been there for us providing advice and guidance, and on those rare occasions when things have gone wrong for us, NWHC has been there to help.

   NWHC have been managing my property for over 4years now and I cannot speak more highly of them. Such a friendly team, wonderful coverage to maximise my bookings and always on hand if you have a question or problem or need advice. Their owner’s portal is superb - informative and easy to use; various reports can be created to help with data re number of days booked, financials, etc. (particularly important!), and information & guidance re changing laws or requirements are always updated. NWHC have a genuine understanding of the Welsh market having been in the business for some time. And their knowledge, presence, reputation, and friendly approach beats some of the other names in the holiday bookings market hands-down. I would recommend to anyone wanting to rent their property as a holiday home in North Wales, and who wants to deal with a professional, focused team who have your best interest at heart.

   Although Honeydew Cottage Colwyn Bay is ideally situated, within walking distance of the beach, chippy and a supermarket the property is not currently suitable for young children. The bathroom requires modernisation (Cheap shower) and there are tiles hanging from the bath which as well unsightly is a hazard for young children.

   We went for a week long holiday in Penrhyndeudraeth, LL48 6LZ, United Kingdom, managed by North Wales Cottages through Airbnb. Although the location and property was fantastic, we were unhappy with the management. We were asked to remove all pillowcases, bedsheets and duvet covers and checkout by 10 am. We found this very stressful with a toddler. They charged a cleaning fee around £150 and despite that expected us to hoover, wipe and clean. They left a unfair review on Airbnb for food stain on the fridge, doormat and some crumbs on the kitchen floor. We were travelling with a 2.5 year old and tried to leave the property as clean as possible. However it seems they expect guests to pay a cleaning fee and leave the property spotless. To me this seems like unfair expectation. Wouldn't want to book with them again.

   Our cottage was absolutely wonderful and cannot be faulted in any way. Great views, well presented, very clean and well equipped. North Wales Cottages on the other hand, could do with sending some of their representatives on some customer service training courses.

   5 stars for being the only website with availability when everywhere else was completly booked up. The website is easy to navigate and the booking proces clear. Customer service was very helpful and you also get suggestions and some discounts to use in different shops in the area. TY AR Y PEN This property is located in a very convenient central place for many attractions in Snowdonia. There is a convenience store a couple of hundred yards down the road. The house is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had a great 5 night break here with 2 kids and would definitely recommend this place to stay. The owner contacted us promptly by phone and was very welcoming, also there is a booklet that explains where everything is.
