   Went into boots parkgate yesterday for my son’s eye test appointment. Although we have disagreed on information I wasn’t told . The manager whoever she was had rang me today telling me I have a duty of care for my child !! So she’s implying I don’t look after him . Her attitude was disgusting and I will be purchasing another pair of glasses elsewhere .

   Went into opticians to change my nose pads and said would be 30 mins to wait to “change them” but 30 mins later and returned to a pair of glasses with a blatant scratch across the lense obviously made by a screwdriver when undoing them. Staff didn’t seem to care much especially the person who did it

   I understand working in customer service can be challenging at times, but staff should still aim to treat customers with respect and maintain a professional attitude. A little more effort and friendliness would really improve the shopping experience here.

   Encountered an extremely rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional member of staff at the self service tills. If your 'front of house staff' cannot deal with unhappy customers who they accuse of being rude for 'daring' to provide customer feedback, they need to be moved somewhere else as they are giving you a bad reputation. Would absolutely not recommend, terrible customer experience.

   Well I never thought I’d be sat reviewing a Boots on a Saturday night but here we are. What a time to be alive. Anyway, two of the staff in the opticians department at this branch really stood out today when my son went for his contact lens trial. They both showed almost super human patience showing him how to insert and remove them even when he was struggling a bit. They are a credit to the store. Thanks Emma and Kate.

   Seemed well stocked not as sparse as it has been in the past. Has pharmacy and opticians inside. Large range of perfume,cosmetics and toiletries. Has baby section and sells electrical products e.g shavers,straighteners etc. Has a points card and 3 for 2 offers at xmas

   Big shop filled with a large range of medical aids and cosmetics. Very clean store and staff are helpfull and pleasant to talk too. Points on my Boots 60 yrs old card are mounting up for my next perfume! I like the way Boots operate their points when you buy goods.
