   I had a fantastic experience at the Boots store in Meadowhall thanks to Iffat. I was looking for compression socks and wasn’t sure which type or size would be best for me. Iffat was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly — she took the time to explain the different options and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Her professional and caring attitude made the whole experience so much easier and more pleasant. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days — Iffat is a real credit to the Meadowhall Boots team! Highly recommend visiting her if you need any help with specialist products.

   I visited the Bare Minerals counter at Boots last Friday and was helped by a lovely girl ( I’d didn’t catch her name). I went in feeling really down about my skin and just wanted to find a new make up base. She took so much time with me, did my makeup beautifully, and gave me the most helpful advice on how to use the products properly. More than that, she made me feel genuinely better about my skin and myself. Thank you so much – I’m so grateful!

   Great store with more to offer than your average town centre Boots, but service is shocking for a premier store like this. People start one queue, then other people start from another angle?! I plonked my stuff down & left as did other people. It Could make more money as it's got lots to offer.
