Took major for a freshen up the other week, came back looking good and smelling great. They were able and happy to fit him in at short notice and did a great job as always. Thank you!
We've used Adele & the team for around 6 years for our two dogs. We have regular dog walks and use the occasional daycare service with pick up/drop off.They've been brilliant for our dogs throughout that time, dogs always come back knackered and they love when the van pulls up. Highly recommend anyone considering using Top Dog.
Romeo joined Top Dog 2 months ago, and he goes there most weekdays. The team have really made an effort with him, and he has settled in so well. He has a great time, and comes home knackered! They have also helped me out when my car has been in the garage, with offering Romeo lifts to and from daycare. Very friendly and supportive xx
We've taken our dog here for weekly daycare ever since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves it - the staff are incredibly friendly and caring, he loves spending time with other dogs in a safe and contained environment, and he's always knackered for a good day or two afterwards! The grooming is absolutely superb too - we wouldn't go anywhere else.
Unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with this company. Arranged for top-dog to pick up and drop off my dog so he could attend day care while I was at work. However, on 2 separate occasions he was left at home alone for more than 13 hours! I took the first instance as an honest mistake but when asked why he wasn’t picked up the second time I got a reply of they simply forgot. Such a shame, as the staff at the day care are very friendly and can see they love the dogs they look after. However this does not excuse the complete unorganised and frankly negligent pick up and drop off service. I would not recommend.
My pooch Reggie has been going to Top Dog since he was a puppy and he is now three! He literally starts getting excited as we pull into the car park and even for a small dog, pulls me right to the gate, eager to go in, and that’s the same even though he doesn’t attend as regularly as he once did. He always comes back knackered and I know he’s had a great day. The staff are always really friendly and I recommend it to everyone I know with a dog - 2 had signed their dogs up and also rate it highly. Reggie also gets groomed there and he always comes stinking like a cheesy Dorito, leaving smell all gorgeous and looking ever so handsome!
Very friendly staff, brilliant service and so handy! My dog absolutely loves coming to daycare, he gets lots of walks whilst there and the staff love to play ball with him. He always comes home cream crackered and all played out! The grooming is also very handy, to have my dog come home clean and fresh with a jazzy new hair cut it lovely :)
The only place I will take bella for grooming, very thorough and professional not to mention friendly. Also used the daycare which is excellent value for money. Highly recommended
