   Our black lab spent nearly three weeks at Ralph Pet Hospital after a terrifying episode where he vomited a large amount of blood. From the very moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly reassuring. They stood by us during one of the hardest times of our lives, helping us navigate agonizing decisions with compassion and clarity. Our boy underwent two major surgeries and received multiple blood transfusions. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the team, we were able to bring him back home—something we will be forever grateful for. But even if the outcome had been different, our gratitude would remain the same. The level of dedication, care, and genuine love they showed our dog was extraordinary. A special thank-you to Marisa and Martha from the Critical Unit, who fought so hard to save our boy and cared for him as if he were their own. And to Meghan from finance, whose support and guidance made it possible for us to pursue the treatment he needed. Ralph Pet Hospital is filled with exceptional people who go above and beyond for both their patients and their humans. We can’t recommend them highly enough. They gave us hope, strength, and ultimately, more precious time with our beloved lab.

   The entire process, from reception team, finance, the clinicians and all staff ( nursing included) made the difficult experience as stress free as possible. I don’t ever doubt being referred to the Ralph and i’ve been to a few other referrals before. There is no hesitation. Through a long battle of ups and downs with my boy Snow, some incredible surgeons and clinicians, he has a good quality of life that he wouldn’t have had-he quite literally wouldn’t be here without them. A holistic approach to veterinary medicine, taking into consideration not only the owners choice, and lifestyle, but the wider picture- all the while keeping the animals quality of life a priority. The team truly care about their patients. For snows care: To list a few and give my thanks: Heather Covey, Isla, Javier (Clinician) Eirini Pappa ( Surgeon) Heather S, Sarah G, Emma( Medicine nurse) Becky ( Internal medicine Nurse) Nieka The dentistry and Ophthalmology department, Azzura, for a few of my cats. Neurology department, Irene. Lizzie, Angie, Emma, Helen ( Reception, Finance/ admin). ( If I haven’t mentioned their names it’s just because i’m not great in remembering! But they have all been amazing). Thank you for everything that you have done and continue to do for my animals! A pet is a privilege. The costs are for expert care and specialists in their field, with a range of equipment and runnings costs behind the scenes. I appreciate everything the team does and continue to do for my animals, especially when it comes to Snow. I really hope that the staff are all compensated for what they do, whether that be in their opinions on the daily practice or their wages as they truly are incredible. ( In case any management are seeing this!)

   Heidi and her Ophthalmology team have been amazing with our 16 year old Toy Poodle, successfully removing his cataracts. The post operation appointments and follow up calls have been diligent, empathetic and detailed. The team handled my sweet, little boy like their own. I would highly recommend their department!

   We cannot thank The Ralph enough for the incredible care they gave our 6-month-old Doberman, Reggie, after he suffered a broken neck running into our patio doors. From the very first moment, Irenka and the whole team were simply exceptional. They not only gave Reggie the best possible treatment, but they also kept us fully updated every step of the way, which made such a difference during such a worrying time. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by everyone at The Ralph went above and beyond our expectations. We are so grateful to the entire team for everything they did for Reggie and for us as his family.

   The Ralph are first class. The way they looked after my nervous spaniel Oakley was amazing. He stayed in overnight and they kept me updated all the way through with photos and messages. The vet herself (Hannah) was brilliant with him and explaining everything to me. She really took the time to get to know my dog, and understood that our pets are our precious babies. You could tell they care about the animals they look after, and the post care has been great too. They dealt with Pet Plan swiftly and efficiently which helped to put my mind at ease from worrying about how much it may cost. Highly recommend The Ralph. I’ve dealt with specialist veterinary practises previously who were nowhere near like this, so I was apprehensive coming to a new one but this place just blows the others out of the water. Modern, clean, friendly and innovative. Thank you .

   They looked after our baby swizzely so well. We were so concerned about him but it felt like he was in very safe hands here. They were so good at communication and we got to speak to a vet at least twice every day. When we went to visit he seemed in high spirits despite being a very nervous little cat. The staff were very kind to him, which really helped us when leaving him.

   Our experience with the Ralph was incredible ,the all team where absolutely amazing the place looked very clean and like 5 star clinic ,unfortunately our dog was very ill we had to leave her at the clinic,we have to say they took very good care of her and we felt confortante that she was at the right place and In good hands,we have to say a big thank you to the neurologist CRISTOFORO RICCO,he was very professional and very helpful guiding us to make the right decision,Cristoforo was explaining us a lot of good side a bad side of this brain problem and gave us the right advice of what way we had to take,Cristoforo was absolutely amazing and all he did was done with a lot of passion and all his heart.we could tell from his eyes apart from being very experienced neurologist he is definitely a very good man and a pet lover.We also like to say thank you to an other neurologist DESPONIA,who was also very helpful. We don’t know how aggressive can be this problem but all we know is that our dog now is back to normal and we enjoy her day by day.the Ralph and CRISTOFORO have definitely done and outstanding job and we highly recommend this clinic.    I have always had exceptional treatment from The Ralph on behalf of my beautiful cat. I cannot see any reason why this phenomenal pet hospital doesn’t deserve 5*. My cat has been referred to The Ralph on numerous occasions since May for poor health. From day dot, reception staff right up to the very highest clinicians have been incredibly caring, kind and conscientious. I don’t know what I would do without The Ralph and the exceptional care and attention they pay to all of their patients. My cat is an anomaly who needs certain tricks and ways of care performed on him. The Ralph never forget what works well for him, each member of the team remember his name and his details, his needs, his routine. I have gone to other referral centres who unfortunately I’ve been let down by, simply because I now hold everyone to the same standards that I hold The Ralph to. I am forever grateful and indebted to The Ralph for their love of all they do and of all of their patients. As a human, I have never had the level of attention and personalised treatment that I have witnessed from this exceptional practice. Will forever sing the praises of this fantastic place. Especially to the Internal Medicine Team, and Hannah Darcy. Thank you for everything.

   The Ralph Vet Team are great. They were great with updates on the day of the surgery also prior an after. The aftercare is great, they are adaptable which for me is a massive plus and relief due to my work schedule. Emily was great and Ruby felt good whilst there. I am pleased that I choose The Ralph for her cataract surgery. Only thing I would add which is nothing to do with the care or the dogs surgery is that people from pricing, although they were able to accomodate on budget they are still a few cheeky prices that in my opinion can do with a bit of tinkering. Rather than that overall I am glad that my dog is well and healthy and can't thank enough to the Vet team for being supportive and caring. Keep up the good work.
