   Greenhalgh Kerr Solicitors is by far the most aggressive, unprofessional and frustrating firm I've had the misfortune of dealing with. Their approach is nothing short of bullying. They take pleasure in creating unnecessary obstacles and their aggressive tactics leave you feeling completely powerless. They charge exorbitant amounts for involving multiple people in what should be a simple case, likely because no one knows what they're doing. Each time I think I am getting closer to resolution, I am handed off to someone new—each one more incompetent than the last. In short, Greenhalgh Kerr Solicitors is a money-grabbing, unprofessional firm that wastes your time. If you value your time, money and sanity, stay as far away as possible. It’s telling that they consistently respond to critical reviews with a generic statement about their regulatory credentials, instead of addressing the legitimate concerns raised. While their SRA regulation and Lexcel accreditation may be valid, they do not excuse the aggressive, unprofessional behaviour and lack of transparency. My review reflects the conduct I witness and no amount of boilerplate responses will change that.

   This law firm never sends invoices, leaving everything vague and unclear. While I acknowledge I’m not the direct client, you have a duty to ask and provide invoices from your client—which you are blatantly refusing to do. The additional payments make no sense whatsoever. How can sending a basic email result in increased legal costs? This lack of transparency is unacceptable. This has been dragging on for years now, with me and my mother paying £200 a month. I am now considering taking legal action, as the student halls—who are responsible as the client—refused to allow me to pay my rent by bank transfer or cheque. This was despite the fact that my student app account had not been working for online payments, and after 9 months of emailing their IT department for assistance. I believe I have a strong case, as I made efforts to prevent the situation from escalating before Greenhalgh became involved. Regards, OJ
