   Not impressed represented me at the police station did not do much then after I did not get legal aid so would not answer any off my questions till I payed a redicless amount off £750 lol last charged £300 by a different company I would not use them again or recommend them . We all know there is no justice in this country under two teir government and justice system for us in my opinion stevensons are money grabbers

   One star for actually picking up the phone , as the service was totally unprofessional. Phoned 4 times e mailed, all paperwork as requested, they offered to help via email and NEVER got back to me. When i phoned for the 4th time they said they could not help me.

   Shocking! I'm still waiting for them to get back to my solicitor. It can be weeks or even months until they respond to an email. So far it's taken 7 1/2 months and counting to exchange contracts. For context, me (the buyer) nor the seller (their client) are in a chain.

   The receptionist who I spoke to over the phone was lovely, extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately no one ever contacted me back despite being told they would therefore I chose to go elsewhere for support.

   It has been an absolute shambles from start to finish. I eventually represented myself and negotiated my settlement myself because stephensons where negligent and lazy in they're defence of my rights. They also allowed me to waive a personal injury claim, ive been informed that this means they did not protect my assets which they HAVE to do. On top of that, after negotiating my settlement, stephensons recived payment for all of their cost and expenses and still have not released my settlement fee over a year offer a court order was issued. Do not use these solicitors, you'd be better off representing yourselves.

   I rang to ask about their eviction service. All my details were taken and I was told someone called Jack would ring me back the same day. That was a week ago and I'm still waiting for a call. I have no cinfidence in this firm I'm afraid.

   At the start Stephensons were really helpful but in the finish truly awful experience. Some of the problem was caused by my Insurers but found it difficult to get hold of my solicitor. Would not recommend or use you again!
